摘要:

为应对当前非遗传承面临的技艺失传、文化断层与市场脱节等困境,职业教育作为连接传统与现代、保护与创新的桥梁,在闽西客家蓝染非遗保护与传承中扮演着至关重要的角色。为有效推动非遗传承,构建了“三传型”“四真情境”与“三方联动”的职业教育非遗人才培养体系,旨在培养既精通技艺又具备文化传承与创新能力的复合型人才。同时,通过构建模块化课程体系,增强了人才培养的横向一致性与纵向连贯性,确保了技艺传承的系统性与完整性。此外,加快跨学科融合速度,促进艺术设计、材料科学等领域的交叉渗透,提升了人才培养的协同性与创新性。研究结果可为闽西客家蓝染非遗艺术的传承与发展提供科学依据与实践路径。

Abstract:

In response to the challenges facing the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage, such as the loss of skills, cultural discontinuity, and market disconnection, vocational education plays a crucial role in the protection and inheritance of Hakka blue dye intangible cultural heritage in western Fujian, serving as a bridge between tradition and modernity, as well as between preservation and innovation. In order to effectively promote the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage, this study has developed a vocational education talent cultivation system for intangible cultural heritage featuring "three inheritance models", "four authentic contexts", and "tripartite collaboration", aiming to cultivate compound talents who are not only proficient in technical skills but also possess capacity for cultural inheritance and innovation. Meanwhile, by constructing a modular curriculum system, the horizontal and vertical consistency of talent cultivation has been enhanced, ensuring the systematic and complete inheritance of craftsmanship. In addition, accelerating interdisciplinary integration—especially the cross-penetration of fields such as art design and materials science—has enhanced the synergy and innovation of talent cultivation. The findings provide a scientific basis and practical approach for the inheritance and development of Hakka blue dyeing intangible cultural heritage art in western Fujian.
