非物质文化遗产是中华优秀传统文化不可或缺的部分。对海南民间文学类非物质文化遗产的叙事意义与传播现状展开探讨发现，其在历史记忆、文化认同、社会教育方面具有重要的推动作用，但内容创新不足、传播渠道单一、配套支持不足，导致其面临传播困境。鉴于此，提出推动内容创新与现代化转译、构建多元化与立体化的传播矩阵、完善支撑体系与融合发展机制等传播策略，以期更好地传播海南民间文学类非物质文化遗产。

On the one hand, Intangible cultural heritage(ICH) constitutes an indispensable part of fine traditional Chinese culture. On the other hand, an exploration into the narrative significance and current communication situation of folk literature-related ICH in Hainan reveals that such heritage plays an important facilitating role in preserving historical memory, forging cultural identity and advancing social education. However, it is confronted with severe communication predicaments due to insufficient content innovation, limited communication channels and inadequate supporting mechanisms. In view of this, this paper proposes corresponding communication strategies, including promoting content innovation and modern adaptation, constructing a diversified and three-dimensional communication matrix, and improving the support system as well as the integrated development mechanism. Generally speaking, these strategies are aimed at achieving better dissemination of folk literature-related ICH in Hainan.
