摘要:

以高分子材料成型加工原理课程为例,借鉴科技特派员工作机制,采用专家“订单式”对接服务模式,探索建立以培养科技特派员人才为目标的课程体系。具体实践中,将行业与企业的实际问题纳入课程内容,强化学生的实操能力、问题分析及解决能力,培养学生适应行业需求的专业素质和服务能力,从而更好地实现人才培养的预期目标。

Abstract:

This study takes the course Principle of Polymer Material Forming and Processing as an example, learns from the working mechanism of science and technology special agent, adopts the "order-type" docking service model of experts, and explores the establishment of a course system aiming at training science and technology special agent talents. In the specific practice, the actual problems of the industry and enterprises will be included in the course content, strengthen students' practical ability, problem analysis and solution ability, and cultivate students' professional quality and service ability to meet the needs of the industry, so as to better achieve the expected goal of talent training.
